Jala Lockhart, PhD, MPH, CHES®, DTR®
Dr. Lockhart is a three-time graduate from THE University of Alabama with a Bachelors in Human Environmental Sciences: Food & Nutrition with a minor in Biology, and a Master's in Public Health, and a Ph.D. in Health Education and Promotion.
She is actively credentialed as a Dietitian Tech Registered (DTR®) and a Certified Health Educator Specialist (CHES®), and has years of practical experience helping clients achieve their personal health goals.
For Individuals:
Dr. Lockhart provides personalized health appointments designed to help individuals better understand their health, navigate wellness information, and develop practical strategies aligned with their goals.
For Organizations:
Dr. Lockhart loves to work with 501(c)(3) nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven teams to strengthen the strategy behind their work.
